The Eye of God is the monument awarded for completing the Explorer task. Like all monuments, the Eye of God produces 3 population, is worth 400 points, and can only be built once in every game.
The Explorer task is achieved by discovering every Lighthouse. Prior to the Path of the Ocean update, the task was unlocked by the Navigation technology and completed by discovering every tile
The Eye of God is typically a tall, narrow, obelisk-like structure, or a statue.
